Lazy Cooking
Yesterday I threw a bunch of red kale, a small onion, a smoked ham hock, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 lb of shield figure beans, a couple of bullion cubes, and enough water to fill in the crock pot. This morning I woke up early to fish out the inedible parts of the hock and portion the soup into jars. 1st taste is today’s lunch, and it is very, very good. I will have to make this again.

There is a chocolate shop near my house that I’ve been meaning to check out for years (this one). I wandered in today and bought a smallish assortment of chocolates almost too pretty to eat. I will try them eventually. But, pretty.
