I find it telling
I listen to NPR in the morning on my way to work. It’s that or non-stop commercials if I want to get traffic reports. They have 2 bad habits that never, ever get questioned in the letters from listeners (that they read on air).
Trans* people are mis-gendered, 100% of the time. This is especially glaring when the family members being interviewed try to correct the reporter doing the story.
